All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at bhbapothecary@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
